What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: name, organisation, email address, phone number, postcode and a description of your equipment. We also record the date and IP address of the submission to help prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a collection or quote, and keep a record of the job for our legal and audit obligations. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, once a job is booked, performance of a contract.
Sharing and retention
Enquiries are emailed to our office and are not shared with third parties for marketing. Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months if no job results, or for the period required by waste and data-protection regulations if a collection takes place.
Cookies and advertising
We use no analytics or tracking cookies of our own.
Pages in our guides section may carry advertising supplied by Google AdSense. Where advertising is shown, Google and its partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to select and measure adverts. Google may use this to show you personalised advertising based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
If you are in the UK or the EEA, you will be asked for your consent before any advertising or measurement cookie is set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the privacy settings link in the footer. Declining does not restrict your access to anything on this site.

Our enquiry form and service pages carry no advertising.
Where your data is processed
Enquiry emails are held on servers in the United Kingdom. Where advertising is shown, Google may process data outside the UK under its own safeguards; Google acts as an independent controller for that processing and its privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing by emailing info@revolveitad.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
