What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: name, organisation, email address, phone number, postcode and a description of your equipment. We also record the date and IP address of the submission to help prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a collection or quote, and keep a record of the job for our legal and audit obligations. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, once a job is booked, performance of a contract.

Sharing and retention

Enquiries are emailed to our office and are not shared with third parties for marketing. Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months if no job results, or for the period required by waste and data-protection regulations if a collection takes place.

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing by emailing info@revolveitad.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
