How can collection be free?
Most business IT still has value. We refurbish and resell working equipment, and the proceeds cover the cost of collection, data destruction and recycling. For newer or higher-volume kit we may even pay you through our technology buyback scheme.
Very old, damaged or bulky equipment such as CRT monitors, large printers or mixed electrical waste can carry a small handling charge. We will always tell you before we book the job, never after.
Standard collection
Most laptops, desktops, servers, monitors and networking kit. Includes asset register and waste transfer note.
Buyback
Recent laptops, servers and phones in working order. Ask for a valuation when you enquire.

Collection FAQs
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. Small collections may be grouped with other jobs on a regular route through your area, so a little flexibility on dates helps.
Do you cover my area?
We run regular routes across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, the Humber and Cumbria, and collect from anywhere on the UK mainland.
Do I need to remove the hard drives first?
No. Leave everything in place. We remove the media ourselves, degaussing hard drives and shredding SSDs, and every serial number appears on your certificate.
Can you de-install racks and heavy equipment?
Yes. Our team brings the tools and trolleys for de-racking, and we can arrange lifts and access requirements in advance.
What paperwork do I get?
An itemised asset register, a waste transfer note or hazardous waste consignment note where required, a Certificate of Data Destruction and, on request, an ESG/WEEE summary for your reporting.
